We want you to be pleased with your purchase.

We will gladly exchange, replace, or credit your purchase at the original price paid when it is presented with established Proof of Purchase to any Sales Associate in saleable condition at any one of our stores within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Merchandise presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price.

For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition and Proof of Purchase is required.

Please retain your sales receipt so that we may better serve you.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Saks Fifth Avenue or at saks.com.

Requests for price adjustments will only be honored when merchandise is marked down within 7 days of being purchased at full price.

Please note that returns of all Fur Salon, Jewelry and Watch purchases will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase.

Altered Merchandise, Sized Jewelry/Watches, and Special Orders will not be accepted for return.  Deposits placed for Special Orders are non-refundable if the merchandise ordered is already in process. Special orders will be charged to our customers within 14 days of being received.
